Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is an appointed body of 5-9 individuals representing Iftin Charter School. Each Director is elected by the board for a term of two years. The Board of Directors are responsible for the successful governance of the school. Responsibilities include: establishing the policies of the Charter School; hiring the Director/Principal of the school(s), adopting a balanced budget; having legal and fiduciary authority for the Charter School. Directors are volunteers who serve as on behalf of the Iftin Community to govern the school. The Board meets 12 times per calendar year at the principal business office of the corporation, unless otherwise determined by the Board. Meetings are on the last friday of each month. Special meetings of the Board, for any purpose, may be called at any time by the President, Secretary, Treasurer or any two Directors. SEE ARCHIVED AGENDAS BELOW
